A linear volume nested into it’s wooded site sites atop a steep hilltop, overlooking the Delaware River below. Organized along a 12’ grid which provides large openings for dramatic river views, daylighting and natural ventilation. Careful organization of indoor and outdoor spaces utilize screened walls, operable glass walls, and shaded decks to transition from natural landscape to sheltered interior spaces, two master suites at both ends, provide privacy for guests, a hidden theater, and staircase leading up to a roof deck adds additional gathering spaces, and a mystical experience.
